Who are Community Interest Care?
Community Interest Care C.I.C was established in 2021 as a Community Interest Company. That means we don't have a private profit motive, our focus is purely on delivering the very best care to our local communities.
Our service users will be local to our community hub in Neyland and encompass the settlements of Neyland, Milford Haven, Pembroke Dock & Pembroke.
We want to have the most committed, dedicated, best trained & supported workforce of any care organisation in the country and we’re in the care market because we’re on a mission to;
- Drive-up the standards of care available locally
- Value the care workforce properly – offering market leading terms and conditions
- Reconnect those in need of care in the community with their communities
- Create a truly joined up community, social care, and health offer for the local population.
