Care Standards
Community Interest Care identifies what is important to the individual and what they need in order to achieve and maintain physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
The care plan will include details about what activities they would like to participate in, if any, as well as any hobbies and interests they have and in which way we will be able to support them pursuing these.
Furthermore, it will detail how to best support service users in our care to maximise their control over their lives and futures. The care plan will clearly identify the individuals preferred communication method and any religious or cultural needs along with how to support with day-to-day life.
The plan will include how the person wishes to be supported to maintain existing relationships, and to develop new ones. The plan will be regularly reviewed and will be the foundation upon which the support service is built. It will clearly inform care staff how the individual wants to live their life, what support they require and how they want it delivered, by who and when. Care plans must be always adhered to.
The staff team is dedicated, hardworking, honest, and committed to providing a high level of quality care and are supported by the Registered Manager.
At Community Interest Care CIC we will support every individual to create a great quality and detailed care plan which will in addition help identify personal goals and outcomes.
