Full Time and Part Time Positions Available
Due to continued expansion, both Community Interest Care and Gofal Cymunedol are looking for additional Community Care Assistants to join our growing domiciliary team across West Wales.
Dedicated to helping people live independently within their own homes and communities we are proud to have achieved two consecutive Excellent CIW ratings, reflecting the high standards of care we provide and the supportive culture we have built for our staff.

- 55p per mile mileage payment
- Paid travel time @ £13.60

The Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you will support people to live independently and stay connected to their local communities.
This may include providing companionship and emotional support, encouraging hobbies and interests, personal care and assistance with medication.

About You
We are looking for people who are kind, reliable and passionate about supporting others.
Experience is welcome but not essential. If you are new to care, we will provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Welsh language skills would be an advantage but are not required.
